Version beta-1.2-2026-08-11 — Candle Wars beta terms, privacy notice, risk disclosure and affiliate disclosure.
Candle Wars — War Hub is beta analysis and trading-interface software. It renders market data, computes studies and lets you submit trades through supported firm-authorized connections. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or prop firm. Nothing in the product is investment advice or a recommendation to transact.
Candle Wars publishes rules-based chart analysis and directional signals. They are general information, never personalised advice, and they never create, modify or submit an order. Every decision, and every order, is yours.
Every terminal load begins in PAPER. LIVE routing is optional and remains unavailable unless the current release opens the operator, jurisdiction, eligible-account, firm-authorization, market-data and execution gates. A ready state still requires a supported firm-authorized connection and a fresh explicit arm for that session. A LIVE instruction can lose money. A funded prop-firm account is still simulated money at the firm — not your own cash and not a live exchange position — and it is not the same as local PAPER or as LIVE routing. Candle Wars does not accept deposits, custody customer money or open a brokerage account for you; your prop firm holds the account and executes accepted instructions.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Use one account per person, provide accurate information and keep your credentials private. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt reward fraud or attack the platform.
Features may change, contain errors or be unavailable while the beta is developed. Report defects responsibly. If you choose LIVE, independently verify every order, position, stop and target with your prop firm and do not use Candle Wars as your only recordkeeping or emergency risk control.
Trial, sponsored and paid Premium Presets & Indicators access is recorded in an append-only ledger. Sponsored time is capped at 180 days held and 120 days available in a rolling 90-day window. When premium access expires, those premium features disable; the core terminal, included Binance Spot BTCUSDT chart and manual PAPER trading remain available.
Before checkout we show the plan, total recurring price, billing interval, renewal terms and the available cancellation method. A subscription can be cancelled from the billing portal and remains available until the end of the paid period unless mandatory consumer law requires another result. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
A Norwegian or EEA consumer may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for a distance contract. If you ask us to begin a paid digital service during that period, checkout must collect the requests and acknowledgements required by law. The checkout and service-delivery flow must present all applicable withdrawal rights and required acknowledgements before paid access begins.
Where a Norwegian or EEA consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal, instructions and the statutory withdrawal form must be provided on a durable medium together with the delivered terms version. The reserved artifact is an account email plus the Stripe hosted receipt or invoice PDF. That delivery is a scaffold until direct paid access is certified and billing_live is opened; checkout must not start paid access before those acknowledgements are collected.
A governing-law and forum clause will be published with the verified operator identity. Counsel is expected to confirm Norwegian law while preserving mandatory consumer forum rights where you live. Until that publication, these terms do not nominate an invented registered-business venue, and any mandatory law that applies to you continues to apply.
Platform, account and billing requests can be opened through the signed-in Support page. Complaints about a prop firm's rules, evaluation, account decision or payout must go to that firm. Nothing in this process removes a consumer's right to use an applicable public complaint or dispute-resolution body.
A qualifying purchase made through a labelled Candle Wars link or code may pay us a commission from the firm. It does not add access days to your account, change your price at the firm, or grant any product, evaluation or payout advantage. Access days come only from the Premium access clock described above. The affiliate relationship is disclosed on /legal/affiliate and beside any eligible offer.
Candle Wars handles only instructions submitted through its own interface while routing is armed. A supported firm-authorized connection may transmit them to the prop-firm account you selected, including a live-capital account. Candle Wars does not trade for you, exercise discretion, copy orders without your instruction or operate the firm's account programme.
Candle Wars does not create, administer, interpret, monitor or enforce any prop firm's evaluation, drawdown, consistency, payout or funded-account rules. Summaries and links are provided for reference and may become outdated. The firm's current official terms control, and questions or disputes about its rules, account decisions or payouts must be taken to that firm.
Public market data is consumed under the venue's terms. Prop-firm connections use your own credentials and entitlement. A data or order connection does not make the firm a Candle Wars partner, agent or service operator unless a page expressly identifies a commercial relationship.
The service is provided as-is and as-available. LIVE trading can lose some or all capital at risk; simulation can still cost challenge fees, account access, payout eligibility or time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and liability for data gaps, downtime, rejected or delayed instructions, or decisions made using the software. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Material changes are announced in-product and require a new explicit acceptance before terminal access continues. The version and acceptance time are recorded for security and compliance.
