Risk disclosure

Trading carries substantial risk of loss and you can lose more than you expect. Prop-firm evaluation and funded accounts trade simulated money. Nothing in this product is financial advice, and no profit, win rate or pass rate is claimed or implied. Candle Wars may earn a commission on prop challenges and data feeds bought through it, is independent of every firm it names, and labels every market number by where it came from. Candle Wars private beta; service requests use Support and privacy choices use Preferences.

Trading carries substantial risk of loss

Futures, leveraged products and crypto can move faster than an order can be changed. Fills can be worse than the price shown, stops are not guaranteed, and a connectivity, software or firm-connection failure can delay, reject, duplicate or prevent an instruction. You can lose some or all of the capital you put at risk.

Prop-firm accounts are simulated money

An evaluation or funded prop account trades a simulated balance, not your own cash and not a live exchange position. Losing it costs the challenge fee, the account and your payout eligibility — not the balance shown on the screen. Simulated performance does not predict live performance.

Nothing here is financial advice

Candle Wars publishes rules-based chart analysis and directional signals. They are general information, never personalised advice, and they never create, modify or submit an order. Every decision, and every order, is yours.

We make no performance claims

Candle Wars does not claim, project or guarantee any profit, win rate, payout or pass rate, and no figure shown anywhere in the product should be read as one. Where a statistic is displayed it describes what was measured, over the stated sample, and nothing beyond it.

We may be paid for referrals

Candle Wars may receive a commission when you buy a prop-firm challenge or a market-data subscription through a link in this product. That payment does not change your price, and it does not change which firms or feeds the product shows you or how their rules are enforced.

Market data is labelled by where it came from

Feeds gap, venues throttle and depth thins. The terminal marks every number as measured, modelled or unavailable rather than presenting an estimate as a fact, and it fails closed where it can. You remain responsible for verifying data, positions and working orders at your prop firm.

We are independent of every named firm

Candle Wars is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any prop firm, broker, exchange or data vendor named in this product. It does not administer, interpret or enforce a firm's evaluation, drawdown, consistency or payout rules. The firm's own current terms govern, and the firm alone decides its outcomes.

Who operates this and under which law

Candle Wars private beta does not present a legal name, organisation number, street address or direct contact email as verified public operator information. Service requests use the signed-in Support page, and privacy choices use the Preferences screen. The governing-law and jurisdiction provisions are those stated in the current service terms and any mandatory law that applies to you. Candle Wars accepts no deposits and never custodies client funds. This product is not offered where its use would be unlawful, and it is your responsibility to know whether that includes you.

PAPER, LIVE and funded boundary

Every terminal load begins in PAPER. LIVE routing is optional and remains unavailable unless the current release opens the operator, jurisdiction, eligible-account, firm-authorization, market-data and execution gates. A ready state still requires a supported firm-authorized connection and a fresh explicit arm for that session. A LIVE instruction can lose money. A funded prop-firm account is still simulated money at the firm — not your own cash and not a live exchange position — and it is not the same as local PAPER or as LIVE routing. Candle Wars does not accept deposits, custody customer money or open a brokerage account for you; your prop firm holds the account and executes accepted instructions.

Simulated fills are not live fills

Local paper fills may have no exchange queue. Firm-account simulation may apply different fill, latency and liquidity assumptions. Neither guarantees that a live-capital order would fill the same way.

Arming, disarming and failure

Arming is explicit and per session. It is refused while a paper position is open, and it disarms itself if the firm connection drops. In LIVE the local fill simulator stands down at the source, because a locally simulated stop would close your book while the real position stayed open at the exchange.

Product boundaries

The limits, in writing

01

SAMPLE, public and connected data stay distinct

The public product preview is labelled SAMPLE. A public market source is identified as public, and an approved prop-firm session is identified by firm. Missing, stale, incomplete, estimated and measured evidence never collapse into a plausible-looking zero or fallback tape.

02

PAPER by default; LIVE by qualified decision

Candle Wars starts in PAPER and never accepts custody of funds or positions. LIVE remains unavailable unless operator, jurisdiction, eligible-account, firm-authorization, market-data and execution gates are open. A ready state still requires a fresh deliberate arm; analysis never becomes an order implicitly. Management, cancel, flatten and reconciliation remain available whenever a gate closes.

03

Offers and billing fail closed

Offer price, fees, currency, eligibility rules, relationship, destination type, disclosure and verification expiry must validate together. Affiliate compensation is disclosed beside that exact offer. Direct paid access is separate and appears only when billing, legal and operational release gates are open. Missing offer, plan or subscription truth never opens an alternate purchase path. No access is inferred from a page: the core terminal, included chart and manual PAPER trading remain available if a premium-access source later closes.

04

Eligibility evidence is minimized and scoped

Challenge and account references returned to the client are masked. Attestation nonce, signature, payload and account references are stored as hashes or opaque references where applicable; claim history is append-only. Sanitized attachment bytes stay in isolated storage, while the application stores bounded metadata and opaque clean-object references. Firm-account credentials follow their separate encrypted-custody boundary and are never exposed as eligibility proof.
